Getuk



Getuk is a traditional food such as cakes made from cassava and the main ingredient is finely ground sugar and colored and usually served with grated coconut. Getuk is a modification of the cake getuk or gethuk are only made of cassava with brown sugar which is finely ground and then sliced.


Gethuk a Javanese traditional cakes and widely available in traditional markets as well as a pastry shop in urban areas. Getuk famous since ancient times and much preferred because it is cheap and tastes good.
