Rendang is genuine Indonesian food rather originated from the Minangkabau, West Sumatra Padang. Rendang made of beef and cooked with coconut milk and with original seasoning. Cooking process takes many hours (usually about four hours) to dry and solid black. At room temperature, rendang can last for weeks.
